I had a truly delightful experience staying at East Street Beach House , Luxury Living By the Sea. the three, story house is beautifully decorated and furnished, with gorgeous rooms and a bathroom on each floor. the space was exceptionally clean and tidy, and I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches like milk, butter, jams, and even toilet rolls provided by the hosts. the master bedroom offered a breathtaking view, and being able to bring my three dogs along was a great plus. the location was easy to find, and parking was hassle, free in the designated area. I highly recommend this lovely home for a wonderful getaway. Cons: Nothing to mention. 👍.

This beach house was absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a lovely welcome package filled with delicious treats. The house itself was super clean and comfortable, with 5 spacious bedrooms and stunning views of the sea. The garden was a perfect spot for outdoor dining, and the barbecue was a great addition. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the hosts for providing basic groceries and even a bottle of bubbly for my birthday. The communication from Sarah and Ed was excellent, and they made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place to our friends and family. The off-road parking was convenient, and the house had free Wi-Fi, a dryer, electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The beach access was a bonus, and the children's play area kept the kids entertained. Pets were allowed, and there was a no-smoking rule on site. this was a superb stay and we can't wait to visit again!

The communication from the hosts was excellent, providing useful information before and during the stay. the house was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Guests were pleasantly surprised by the goodies pack left by the hosts, including milk, eggs, coffee, teas, jams. the three-storey house had beautiful rooms with a bathroom on each floor, offering plenty of space. the location provided stunning views over the Solent to Portsmouth.
One small concern was the need for a more secure garden fence to prevent dogs from escaping.

Free WiFi and sea views - I could post all my filtered beach selfies in real time! Plus, free private parking - no need to worry about scratching the Bentley. Towels provided - one less thing to pack. Perfect!
Oh, there was absolutely nothing I didn't like! It was all just too fabulous for words.

The bathrooms were fantastic with a shower, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. It was so convenient for our family, no fighting over bathroom time!
Personally, I would have preferred if there were two bathrooms with a shower.

The highlight of our stay was the stunning garden views from the accommodation. It felt like stepping into a secret garden, with vibrant flowers and lush greenery. The sight of it every morning brought a smile to our faces and made our coffee taste even better. It truly felt like our own little piece of paradise.
Garden fence needs improvement.
